Danah Bay
The developer of the Danah Bay project is Dubai Investments Real Estate (DIR), a subsidiary of Dubai Investments, which is developing the mixed-use luxury beachfront community on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah. DIR is delivering the project in phases and has begun Phase 1 delivery with the handover of 171 landside villas, including townhouses and 3- and 4-bedroom villas.
